- 5Set Digital BoundariesLimit phones, social media, and screen time. Constant connectivity fractures attention, amplifies anxiety, and replaces real connection with shallow substitutes.
- 6Challenge Your BrainKeep learning and problem-solving. Mental decline isn’t inevitable—it’s often the result of mental stagnation. Use it or lose it applies to your brain too.
- 7Develop Healthy CopingBuild non-destructive ways to handle difficulty. Alcohol, food, screens, and avoidance numb pain temporarily but create more problems. Find what actually helps.
